1. "Vows"
Echo, who now sporadically remembers past “imprints” due to Alpha’s machinations, weds a wealthy and charismatic British businessmen tied to one of Ballard’s open FBI cases. Dr. Saunders struggles being an Active. Boyd mixes business with pleasure.
2. "Instinct"
When Echo is imprinted as a mother with a newborn baby, she takes too strongly to motherhood as a result of Topher’s modifications. Meanwhile, Adelle pays November a visit, and Perrin ramps up his investigation into the Rossum Corporation.
3. "Belle Chose"
At the request of a Dollhouse shareholder, Victor is imprinted with the mind of a client’s unstable, psychotic, homicidal nephew. Now, just as Ballard is starting to adjust to his new role, he must call upon all of his FBI training when Victor wanders the streets.
4. "Belonging"
Sierra’s original identity was a gifted artist with apparent schizophrenia pressured romantically by a man named Nolan. In the present, Nolan is Rossum’s premier neurologist and demands Sierra become his permanent love-slave.
5. "The Public Eye" (1/2)
Senator Daniel Perrin is on a mission to expose secrets of the Dollhouse and Echo is sent to put an end to his plan. Adelle realizes that someone is trying to eliminate the LA Dollhouse and is using Perrin to do so. Paul makes contact with Perrin’s surprise witness.
6. "The Left Hand" (2/2)
Echo meets Bennett Halverson in Washington and both receive a shock. Adelle must deal with her DC counterpart, Stewart Lipman. Topher recruits Victor, and Senator Perrin finds unexpected help in his quest to reveal the activities of the Rossum Corporation.
7. "Meet Jane Doe"
In the aftermath of her entanglements at the D.C. Dollhouse, Echo finds herself out in the world struggling to keep her multiple personalities under control. Adelle finds her grip on the house challenged by Harding, and Boyd receives a mysterious call.
8. "A Love Supreme"
Alpha resurfaces, and the Dollhouse becomes aware of it as the body count of Echo’s former clients rises. Alpha’s deeper plan goes into effect, with disastrous consequences for one of the Dollhouse’s staff as the Actives turn against their handlers.
9. "Stop-Loss"
When his contract with the Dollhouse expires, Victor is released back into the world. There are forces at work in Rossum, however, which have other uses for him. Adelle deals with her underlying personal issues which Victor had formerly provided an out for.
10. "The Attic"
When Adelle fears Echo’s mind imprints are making her a danger to their goals, they send her to ‘The Attic’, the place in the Dollhouse where other mind-drained actives and people are stored. Echo is forced to face her worst nightmare in order to survive.
11. "Getting Closer"
Topher races to reconstruct Echo’s original personality and memories when Adelle realizes they are the key to adverting a devastating future. Meanwhile, Echo and Bennett’s shared past and the identity of the Rossum’s mysterious leader are revealed.
12. "The Hollow Men"
Echo and the crew head to Arizona for the final showdown with Rossum, with Echo drugged and disabled, and everyone unaware of the mole in their presence. Meanwhile, the mole’s purpose in encouraging the development of Echo is revealed.
13. "Epitaph 2: Return"
Picking up from the events depicted in “Epitaph 1,” the “lost” episode of "Dollhouse", and set in the year 2020, Echo and her surviving Dollhouse crew attempt to restore order to a devastating future world before mankind is eliminated.
